LoyalNation Names Rob Trudell to Head New Business Account Management Team Charlotte-based Incentive/Loyalty Firm Taps Rewards and Recognition Exec

Client services specialist Robert Trudell, Jr., has been named Director of Account Management by Charlotte-based LoyalNation, a full-service incentive and loyalty firm providing leading-edge technology and turnkey management services to businesses.

The 38 year-old New Jersey native possesses specific expertise in the launch and management of employee engagement and sales incentive programs, a key area of concentration for LoyalNation, whose newly-launched initiatives feature proprietary, web-based platforms familiar to sales teams and other employees who drive business results.

He most recently was the Director of Client Services for IncentOne of Lyndhurst, NJ. At IncentOne, he worked with Verizon Wireless, Capital One, Ernst and Young and Countrywide Mortgage, among others, on establishing and expertly managing reward and recognition programs instituted nationally and internationally.

“The addition of Rob Trudell enables us to bring additional sophistication to clients taking advantage of our new online platform to support performance optimization programs,” said David Schroeder, President of LoyalNation. “Rob has great experience in programs of all sizes and in helping managers to leverage those programs for maximum benefit.”

Trudell will work with LoyalNation clients on onboarding, implementation, training of managers and ongoing maintenance of the various offerings, including social media-type programs for peer-to-peer recognition, sales incentive and other rewards.

A graduate of Bergen Catholic HS and the University of Delaware with a degree in Finance, Trudell also worked for Bankers Trust and Metlife in various capacities as an Operations Specialist, a 401K Plan Manager, as well as an AVP of Client Services. He is a native of Wood-Ridge (Bergen County) in Northern New Jersey.
