NYC Real Estate Service Providers Band Together to Offer "Best of Best" to Clients

Gotham Photo Company and Digit-tec announced today they have formed a strategic alliance to offer the companies’ NYC clients the best real estate visual and communication tools available.

Longtime competitors, who also shared mutual respect and admiration for the other’s products and client service, Gotham Photo Company and Digit-tec decided they would better serve their New York City real estate clients by focusing on the products in which each excelled. This partnership gives real estate agents and brokerages the most advanced products at a competitive price, while allowing the separate companies to enhance their specialties further.

Both Gotham and Digit-tec offered real estate photography, floor plans, listing videos, floor plans, virtual visual services and e-brochures, but while Gotham was pouring development time and thought into building out the still and moving photography, virtual services and floor plans, Digit-tec was turning its e-brochure service into a product far surpassing the last decade’s simple email to announce new listings and open houses.

Beginning now, Gotham and Digit-tec clients will be employing the benefits of Gotham Motion video, the Gotham Envision suite of virtual services including Gotham Renew and Gotham Revamp, as well as its floor plans and photography such as the EXPO full-screen listing photo experience, and Digit-tec’s Brokerloop social email marketing platform.

“What Digit-tec has done with ‘ebrochures’ – now an entire social email marketing platform - is light years ahead of any other product available to the NYC real estate industry,” said Vince Collura, President, Gotham Photo Company. “After years of competing in the same vertical industry, while respecting each other’s products and vision, we’ve decided now is the right time to band together and harness our entrepreneurial creativity.”

Brokerloop.com is now so robust that agents can use the social email marketing platform for all of their communication within the real estate industry and to their client network, via custom-designed graphic emails and social media interactions equipped with a range of analytics showing the number of communications opened and at what time, helping them to choose the most effective types of messages and when is best to send them.

“The New York real estate community is an exciting and dynamic one to serve. The products Gotham and Digit-tec offer help agents connect clients and other agents with the best property for them to buy, rent or sell, and keep in touch socially in between their next home or investment need,” said Abdul Ramirez, Founder, Digit-tec and Brokerloop.
