This is an OUTSTANDING product. This beats the HECK out of poring over hundreds of pages of dry, usually boring reading looking only for answers to SOBs and retaining very little actual information.

Regis Learning Solutions (RLS) announced today that it has been awarded the gold medal in the prestigious 2011 Chief Learning Officer Magazine Learning in Practice Awards. Judged by industry experts and executives from some of the world's largest and most-respected companies, RLS earned the honor in the Excellence in Simulations and Games category for the United States Air Force (USAF) Air Command Staff College (ACSC) National Security Decision Making simulation.
The USAF and ACSC prepare field grade officers to command air, space and cyberspace power in complex multinational operations. Earlier professional military education experiences for these learners, who typically hold the rank of major, focus on tactical-level skills. ACSC prepares the field grade officer to take on increasingly complex decision making responsibilities at the operational level. ACSC desired a more intellectually engaging learning experience which could provide application and analysis opportunities for key decision making and critical thinking skills. ACSC partnered with Regis Learning Solutions to develop this educationally rigorous and engaging leadership development program - the National Security Decision Making simulation.
Now in their eighth year, the Learning in Practice awards recognizes industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs. Winners were recognized during an awards ceremony at the Fall 2011 Chief Learning Officer Symposium, at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel where RLS Vice President of Federal Solutions, Kathleen Kittelsen accepted the award.
