Adam Systems today announced the completion of their certification by Ford Motor Company of their ONE Warranty Solution (OWS) with the Adam dealer management system (DMS).
OWS replaces the Ford’s previous Direct Warranty Entry (DWE) and Automated Claims Entry (ACESII) mainframe applications. “It provides a common global business approach for all warranty issues and supports improved vehicle quality and increased dealership satisfaction.” states Mike Riley, Vice President of Operations at Adam Systems. “Our approach to the OWS integration project should deliver even faster processing times, real-time claim submission and fewer rejected claims for our Ford and Lincoln franchised customers.”
Additionally, Adam Systems will include the new OASIS Vehicle Information program, called WebOASIS with the OWS package. WebOASIS replaces the existing Batch OASIS program and provides the latest vehicle and service information for specific VINs and symptom and diagnostic codes. New data previously not available includes Accurate Repair Notification (ARN), Owner Advantage Rewards (OAR), as well as the in-vehicle communications and entertainment system, SYNC. As WebOASIS is Internet based, it is much faster and more reliable than the previous OASIS application.
The Ford ONE Warranty Solution (OWS) and WebOASIS package is currently being deployed to all Ford and Lincoln franchised Adam DMS customers at no additional cost. For more information, please call 800.676.2262.
