Pat Quinn Joins AEK Packaging with 22 Years of Sales Experience.

Aaron Kendell Packaging Equipment is pleased to welcome Pat Quinn and his 22 years of experience to the sales team at AEK Packaging. After 12 successful years with the Aaron Equipment family, Pat took a short detour to help a start-up company get their packaging equipment sales off the ground. After three years, Pat decided to come back to where he once called home, bringing his expertise back to the Aaron Group of companies.

Quinn’s previous experience, industry reputation and previous tenure at Aaron Equipment was something the AEK Packaging Equipment division could not pass up. According to the U.S department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, “The median number of years that wage and salary workers had been with their current employer was 4.4 in January of 2010.” Quinn’s previous loyalty and dedication almost tripled that figure. Nor could the company overlook Pat’s total experience in selling used process machinery, plastic equipment and focus on packaging machinery. In all, he brings more than 22 years of experience in providing solutions to customers needing used packaging or processing equipment.

What prompted Quinn to return to the Aaron Family? He cites a combination of the launch of its AEK Packaging division over two years ago in addition to the team atmosphere within the sales department he once loved as his impetus. “The fact that AEK is relatively new and growing so rapidly allows me the opportunity to use my technical expertise and customer relationships to help expand the company and help the company reach the next level” he explains. “The amount of inventory AEK offers to sell and the resources they have in place to manage assets or buy surplus equipment worldwide is second to none”.

His longstanding history with the division’s parent company and employment stability it once provided him contributed to Quinn’s decision as well. He views his new role as the next progression in his successful sales career path. “AEK gives me a broader base to work with customers and apply my years of expertise to help provide solutions for their equipment needs. What is Quinn looking forward to most in his new role at AEK Packaging? I’m excited about promoting the new division of a company that helped my career start. I’m also thrilled to have access to all of the Aaron resources and global reach to achieve that aim. Having already established himself as a good fit with the corporate management and goals, Quinn looks forward to the possibility of another 10, or more, years as an Aaron Equipment team member.
