HTI Plastics, Inc. taps Jason Hajny to head expanded engineering department. Besides leading HTI’s engineering department, Jason will be responsible for the all aspects of product development from evaluating new ideas to improving existing products for both HTI and its customers.

Besides leading HTI’s engineering department, Jason will be responsible for the all aspects of product development from evaluating new ideas to improving existing products for both HTI and its customers.

“Jason Hajny brings a wealth of product engineering, manufacturing and management experience to our growing company.” said Troy Just, President. “We will look to him to drive the technical innovation and development of new products for our customers.”

Hajny has over 10 years of experience in product development and progressive manufacturing. While at Pella Corporation he was responsible for capital improvements related to product development and production, plant consolidation and integration, and material sourcing. Along with his extensive experience in product development, process improvement, automation, and quality assurance, is his knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Sigma manufacturing techniques. Hajny holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
