adaQuest introduces an internal enrichment program at no cost to clients

Everyone is facing this issue; we are the only ones addressing it

The first company to offer an innovative solution to the industry-wide shortage of experienced Localization Engineers, adaQuest, Inc. introduces an internal enrichment program at no cost to the client, which provides senior-quality engineers from a pool of available talent.

“Everyone is facing this issue; we are the only ones addressing it,” explains Hiram Machado, CEO and Co-Founder of adaQuest. “Our clients are in need of this expertise. They address that need by coming to companies like us. Most companies have to pass on engineers that are not up to the bar, because that is what is available, but we offer the best possible candidate and offer ongoing training as well.”

This innovative training program will be three-tiered. First, adaQuest engineers will have a series of weekly training seminars available to attend, covering relevant topics and deepening their knowledge base. Second, all staff will have access to an internal portal to promote a collaborative environment and the exchange of ideas. The third prong takes this supportive environment and intensifies it with exceptional one-on-one mentoring with a senior engineer.
“If an engineer is junior, adaQuest takes the initiative to bring them up to speed so they can perform at a higher level,” says Angela Bertolini, Recruiting Manager at adaQuest, Inc. This individualized mentoring relationship means that any adaQuest engineer can bring specific, project-related problems to the table and get expert advice and support from a top engineer.

Also an instructor at the University of Washington (he teaches a course on Localization Project Management), Hiram Machado understands the importance of ongoing education. In fact, he makes himself available as one of the senior mentors at adaQuest. “If you need Localization Engineers, why would you go anywhere else?” he asks. “We are the only ones who provide this level of support. We work with the people that are working with you.”
