Topcor Launches Private Label Program for Clipa Handbag Accessory

According to The Travel Goods Association, Americans bought 248 million handbags in 2010. Companies can now put their logos in 2 places on an American made circular bag clip that goes on the outside of purses.

Company logos appear on 2 pads

Mike Sweeney, Topcor’s president, said, “it’s a great way for companies to build customer loyalty and extend their brand’s reach with a popular, quality accessory that gets lots of daily use.

Under Topcor's private label program, company logos can be seen on 2 clear footpads. Optionally, logos can appear on the brochure that is included in each gift box. Organizations can run as few as 250 pieces or as many as 2,000. At 1,000 pieces, a one-color logo adds just a few cents to the cost of each handbag hanger. There is no extra charge at 2,000 pieces. A one-time set up charge is just $85. Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. 18 finishes are available for customization.

Clipa keeps bags off the ground, preventing contact with germs, water and dirt. It also safely hangs business bags and backpacks; see how it works on YouTube. Clipa was designed for today's larger, heavier bags but can also hang jackets, umbrellas, scarves, helmets, book totes and shopping bags. In addition, it can be worn as a bracelet. Clipa works on both single and double strap bags. After use, it slides back onto the bag strap using a hidden automatic closure system. It cannot be forgotten or left behind and requires less than a half inch of space to hang a bag.

Launched 2 years ago, Clipa has steadily gained popularity for its convenience, versatility and quality. Unlike most other bag hooks, Clipa goes on the bag strap so it can be instantly used. It’s been independently lab tested to comfortably hold 45 pounds and will last for 10 years of daily use. A favorite of designer handbag aficionados, it is used in restrooms, restaurants, theaters, salons, offices, airplanes, and other locations to extend handbag life.

With sales up 60% over last year, Topcor moved into new headquarters last spring. Floor production space is triple that of its old location--critical because Clipa is made the USA, not overseas. For more information, please contact sales(at)clipa(dot)us
