IRT will initially use HireIQ’s InterviewIQ to screen prospective employees in its four largest U.S.-based contact centers. The agreement also allows IRT to expand its use of InterviewIQ to its offshore operations in the future.
HireIQ provided IRT with a one-month trial to help prove the value of its virtual interviewing technology before the company formally committed to a purchase. During this period, IRT reported that it was able to screen significantly more candidates and reduce the amount of time required to conduct an initial telephone interview with a candidate. Furthermore, IRT indicated that employees who successfully completed the InterviewIQ process were more motivated, better skilled and more knowledgeable about IRT.
