CNC Skills Assessment Program Introduced by Scientific Management Techniques

Scientific Management Techniques (SMT), the global leader in performance based industrial skills assessments, has developed a CNC Skills Assessment program designed to streamline the hiring process and solve the skills shortage by identifying and measuring the skills and competencies of candidates for CNC operation positions prior to hire. With the CNC assessment program hiring managers will know if a candidate possesses the skills required to drive productivity in their facility.

The CNC program is the latest addition to SMT’s lineup of industrial skill assessment solutions designed to improve productivity and profitability across a wide variety of manufacturing platforms.
