Miami, FL (PRWEB) October 25, 2011
Celebrity hotspot Philippe by Philippe Chow will open in Miami on November 16th in its new location, 36-40 Ocean Drive.
“We are thrilled to open our new South of Fifth free standing location,” says Stratis Morfogen, CEO of Philippe Chow Restaurant Group. “Not being in a hotel allows us to be in total control of our guests’ experience starting from valet service.”
Philippe by Philippe Chow’s new 6,000 square foot location includes a retractable roof, an open kitchen, private wine room for 35 guests and a “U” shaped bar. The restaurant can accommodate 180 guests inside and 25 outside.
Philippe by Philippe Chow is one of two restaurants in the United States to feature Beijing-style cuisine, an exclusive type of cooking known for its lightness and layered flavors without any added MSG. Signature dishes include Chicken Satays, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Peking Duck, Crispy Beef, Nine Season Spicy Prawns, and Maine Lobster with Fresh Ginger.
This haute Chinese dining concept is a favorite amongst politicos and celebrities in the film, television, music, sports, and media sectors. Reservations can be made by calling 305.674.0250 or visiting http://www.opentable.com.
