The company switched to Sugar Professional to benefit from its intuitive user-interface, flexibility and cost-effectiveness. The software was also singled out for its advanced reporting capabilities, which could provide Verticality with the visibility needed to determine on-going business strategy and growth.
Sugar’s dynamic reporting functions have improved Verticality’s business development, providing the management team with a dynamic, accurate insight into its KPIs and sales strategies. This has helped Verticality reduce the time devoted to its annual business planning and review process by 32 per cent.
With sales automation in Sugar, Verticality has gained the ability to generate, identify and qualify leads to track sales progress and pipeline opportunities. Sugar Professional also has customised fields so sales team can quickly identify details for each job position such as salary, company and experience level.
With customised modules that link available job positions to related accounts, Verticality is able to analyse the business opportunities generated from each listed position. In addition, Sugar Professional is also used as a valuable marketing automation tool.
Verticality has integrated its Sugar solution with EnableIT’s email system to manage its email marketing programs.
