For the second time, Ntiva has been singled out as one of the top 50 greatest places to work in the Washington, DC area by Washingtonian magazine.

Ntiva (http://www.ntiva.com) announced today it has been recognized as one of the Washingtonian magazine’s 50 Great Places to Work in the Washington, DC area for the second time. Ntiva was chosen on the basis of such measures as: generous pay and benefits, challenging and interesting work, great work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, financial stability, commitment to charity and community, and the recognition and respect given to employees. The final determination relied heavily on the scores given by a company's employees.

Founder, Steven Freidkin explains, “I am proud to be an Ntivian. I consistently receive thank you emails praising both individuals and the team for their excellent technical skills, work ethic and customer service delivery. The dedication of Ntivians to ensure that we provide the highest level of support, known internally as the “wow & delight” factor, has allowed us to maintain a kindhearted and productive culture. I admire and appreciate the hard work and incredible service the Ntiva Family provides.”

This is the seventh time The Washingtonian magazine has chosen Great Places to Work in the Washington, DC area. The feature dates back to 1999; it is published every other year. The Washingtonian's 50 winning workplaces were chosen by a panel of editors and writers who reviewed more than 200 companies and more than 13,000 employee surveys. Among The Washingtonian's 50 winning workplaces, there are a mix of sizes (from an organization of just 11 employees to one with more than 68,000), as well as industries (winners include trade associations, government agencies, information-technology firms, government contractors, nonprofits, law firms, and more).
