On November 3rd, 2011 - Expert speakers will provide valuable takeaways for companies to create stronger, more meaningful connections with their social media audiences.

On November 3, 2011, professionals from advertising, marketing, public relations and other communications fields will embark upon St. Louis’ historic Coronado Ballroom for a full-day workshop, Social IRL: Relationship and Brand Building in the Social Media Age. Award-winning brand engagement agency 4ORCE Digital is a presenting sponsor and participant.

Social IRL (“IRL” stands for “In Real Life”) focuses on providing valuable takeaways for companies to create stronger, more meaningful connections with their social media audiences. Six hours of sessions will feature expert speakers, practical exercises, Q&A opportunities and group discussion. The day begins with Valeria Maltoni, Principal of Conversion Agent, LLC, who will speak about “making sense of what works and what doesn’t [in social media]… under the premise that ‘why’ is more important than ‘how.’”

Team members from 4ORCE will lead a session in the afternoon on social CRM (SCRM), centered around how agencies and clients can use SCRM to intensify customer bonds. Case studies and Q&A will examine how brands can expand and deepen such relationships through the marriage of technology and compelling content.

Another session will discuss Social Business Success Strategies, where Social IRL attendees will learn about using social media to achieve business strategies.

Registration for the full-day event costs $145. Space is limited. For more information on the event, the speakers and the sessions, visit http://www.socialirl.com.
