Croatia and Montenegro are increasingly popular charter destinations thanks to more remote and secluded charter experience which is on offer there.
(PRWEB UK) 28 October 2011
Available during the winter is MY Ancora, a 43 metre semi-custom Baglietto, which will be based in Cannes and is ideal for static charters. The summer was her busiest charter season since her launch in August 2009 and she was very well received by charter guests, having spent most of the season cruising in the western Mediterranean covering quite large distances from Croatia, Sardinia, Tuscany and the South of France.
MY Donizetti, a 28 metre Sunseeker Yacht 90 built in 2007, will spend the winter in the Eastern Mediterranean before heading specifically to Croatia and Montenegro, for the first time, for the summer season. As a superior specification yacht, ideal for families, she has been extremely popular during the summer and has already attracted re-bookings for 2012. She provides a versatile layout with convertible twin cabins which enable the craft to accommodate up to ten guests in four cabins, as well as four crew members. The yacht’s amenable crew has also been extremely popular with charter guests.
Sea-Alliance Group’s second charter vessel destined for the eastern Mediterranean next season is MY Darsea, a Moonen 97. Typical of the kind of craft offered by SAG for charter or sale, MY Darsea features contemporary styling and an interior that blends leather, bamboo, woven suede and original hand-crafted art set against a backdrop of cherry-wood panelling. She is a yacht of immense style and individuality, and was a World Superyacht Award finalist in 2009 – proof that she offers her nine guests the very best in luxury cruising.
Jennifer Doyle, Charter Broker for Sea-Alliance Group, said: “Croatia and Montenegro are increasingly popular charter destinations thanks to more remote and secluded charter experience which is on offer there. The islands around the coastline are beautiful and provide very good shelter so it's also good for smaller yachts. We are excited about being able to offer MY Donizetti and MY Darsea there next summer for the first time.”
All three yachts are available for winter charters; MY Donizetti - priced 39,000 EUR per week: MY Darsea – priced 70,000 EUR per week; MY Ancora – priced 135,000 EUR per week.

Yacht sales and purchase
SAG helps clients by supplying a broad range of solutions for building, purchasing and selling premium yachts worldwide and has several dealerships for a number of prestigious international brands, including Sunseeker, Comar and Sessa Marine shipyards. With access to top quality charter yachts around the world, SAG will find the perfect yacht to suit an individual’s needs, whether a traditional sailing yacht or high-performance motor yacht, a jet-set lifestyle cruise, a relaxed and pampered experience.
SAG is a specialist in custom and semi-custom yacht design, and its project managers have extensive knowledge of, and close relationships with, naval architects, designers, shipyards, engineering and contractors. A dedicated on-site project manager is assigned to each construction and because the smallest issue can have far-reaching effects on the yacht’s cost, quality and performance, SAG closely monitors every stage of the build process.
SAG’s yacht management division deals with every aspect of a yacht’s systems, logistics, crew and finance. This is a service which is provided for yachts of all sizes, whether private or commercial. The company can also supervise the construction of a number of yachts, and this currently includes several mega yachts being built by leading European shipyards.
Marinas and marine projects
SAG acts as a consultant for the construction of marinas, as well as seafront tourist and real estate projects. Providing a full range of commercial/professional services such as feasibility studies, consultancy, business and marketing plans, the team can offer full marina management services and can also restructure existing marinas to meet with current and future needs.
SAG’s Technical Services department deals with issues including safety management systems and international safety management (ISM) issues. Also its team liaises with suppliers, collecting quotations from various yards for any maintenance work that needs to be done on a vessel, deals with re-painting, engine room works, any structural modifications to the boats, audio visual systems updates, and liaises with the Captain of the boat to ensure the vessel is maintained to the highest standards.
SAG offers a Crew Recruitment service which uses its professional contacts and experience of crew recruitment place to place individuals, including captains, deck hands, service staff, chefs and yacht engineers, into the most suitable role for them based on their preferences, personalities and aspirations.
