Arizona’s Pew Law Center unveils new Issue Tracking Ticket System to expedite firm responses to client inquiries. The new question system ensures that bankruptcy and tax relief clients get an accurate and speedy resolution to their problems.

The Pew Law Center’s use of innovative technology is well-known to Phoenix bankruptcy lawyers and has gained the firm great respect in the legal community. Today, the Pew Law Center is rolling out a unique new system to ensure client satisfaction using state-of-the-art IT solutions.

“One of our goals is to provide unsurpassed customer service,” says founder and managing attorney Lawrence ‘D’ Pew, “and one way that we accomplish our goal is to implement innovative technology that benefits our clients.”

The most recent innovation that Mr. Pew refers to is the firm’s new Question Tracking System. The Question Tracking System improves customer support by creating a tracking ticket, automatically updating the client’s file, and expediting resolution of the client’s problem, concern, or inquiry. “Our Question Tracking System,” continued Mr. Pew, “includes a comprehensive knowledge base to address common problems in bankruptcy and tax law. All the information we need to get to the heart of the client’s problem is available instantaneously.”

Essentially, when a client makes an inquiry -- by email or correspondence -- about a matter relevant to their case, a tracking ticket with transaction number is issued. To ensure that the problem is handled promptly, the Question Tracking System immediately forwards the client’s ticket to the key person at the Pew Law Center for resolution. “This Question Tracking System will save our clients time, money, and heartache,” says Mr. Pew, “by ensuring that their questions are answered without delay.”

The Pew Law Center is extremely proud of its reputation in the Valley area for outstanding customer service, always striving to exceed client expectations with state-of-the-art IT solutions. “By implementing new technology we achieve even greater client satisfaction,” said Mr. Pew, “we’re on the leading edge of innovation,” he smiled, “because we always put our clients’ needs first.”
