SRS Real Estate Partners Promotes Four Team Members in Corporate Services

SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), the largest national real estate company in the country exclusively dedicated to retail services, today announced the promotion of four team members in the corporate services division.

Richard Draper, Judith Lydick, Kara Cross and Deah Johnson have been promoted due to their outstanding results, and SRS’s commitment to building strong leadership teams.    

Draper has been promoted to real estate administration manager. His time at SRS over the last 12 years has been spent with the Blockbuster account and he will be the main point of contact between his client and SRS. Draper also will be managing the day-to-day functions of his team.

Lydick has been promoted to real estate administration manager. She has been with SRS for 12 years and is the account manager for Rent-a-Center where she oversees the responsibilities of her team, as well as being the main contact for her client. Under Lydick’s leadership, her team is on track to save their client 1.3 million dollars in occupancy costs this year alone.

Cross, who has been with SRS for 4 years, has been promoted to senior real estate administrator. She found 118 savings occurrences for one of her clients this year alone. In Cross’ new role, she will continue her duties as a real estate administrator, as well as recommend and help to implement new procedures.

Johnson has been promoted to senior real estate administrator and has been with SRS for 4 years. She achieved the highest accuracy rate in abstracting documents this past year with an average of 99.8 percent. Johnson will continue her duties as a real estate administrator, as well as recommend and help implement new procedures as necessary.
