Valiant Workforce Solutions, Inc. announced today that Dan Myers has been promoted to the new position of President, Workforce Solutions.

In his new position, Myers will be responsible for all aspects of Workforce Solutions with full P&L responsibility of the company division. Workforce Solutions consists of all Time and Labor Management technologies, services, client/partner integrations, project implementations, technical support, and account management activities for the Valiant client base.

Myers describes his new position this way: “Our clients’ success and effective use of Valiant solutions is my responsibility. I am thrilled about the opportunity to direct Valiant resources in helping our clients achieve their objectives. We are striving to build a service culture that is commitment oriented, predictable and flexible for our clients to work with, and improves our clients’ ability to compete and service their clients in ever-changing markets. That is my job, and I am excited to wake up everyday and work towards earning our clients’ trust.”

Previously, Myers was Valiant’s Vice President of Professional Services where he predominantly focused on implementations and project management.

Myers has been at Valiant since February 2010. Prior to that, he was President of Myers Technology Solutions, LLC, providing project management and solution consulting services.

Myers has more than 15 years of consulting enterprise solutions & project management experience. He has delivered solution projects for a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, oil & gas, and professional services. Prior to starting Myers Technology Solutions, Myers managed a Business Intelligence consulting practice at CD Group, Inc, an Oracle solutions provider in Atlanta, GA. As Myers states, “I am a self-proclaimed project management nerd, and though people can make fun of that, the rigor and disciplines of effective project management are fundamental to improving our ability to serve our clients.”

Myers is currently based in Houston. He is married and has three daughters. His hobbies are attempting to maintain composure while parenting and coaching his kids’ sports teams he is unqualified to coach.
