Today, at a meeting in New York City, Vocalcom, a world leader in contact center technology, announced to members of the media a successful conclusion of intensive testing of its dialer products with world leader Avaya. From this point forward, Vocalcom’s Hermes products are to be made available for distribution through the Avaya channel network, “We intend to immediately reach out to all Avaya distributors to make available the world class and Gartner Magic Quadrant recognized dialing features of Vocalcom,” stated Vocalcom’s EVP, and founder of Vocalcom’s North American Operations, George Seroukas.
