(CorsPro.com) announced the availability of enhanced NEC proposal automation for SalesDoc Architect, CorsPro’s proposal automation software that produces customized, differentiated proposals and other sales documents with just a few mouse clicks. The new functionality works with CorsPro’s sales-ready proposal content for NEC communications solutions, currently available for SalesDoc Architect through a monthly subscription service. CorsPro also provides proposal content subscriptions for Avaya, Mitel, ShoreTel, Toshiba and Zultys communications solutions.

The NEC proposal content and new enhanced automation features are designed to streamline configuration and proposal generation for NEC communications solution sales. “SalesDoc Architect is built with what we call ‘smart automation’ – which links solution configuration logic with proposal content – enabling users of our software to be able to produce highly customized proposals quickly and accurately,” said Brian Cors, Founder and President/CEO of CorsPro. CorsPro worked with clients who are NEC telephony resellers to define how NEC’s SV8100 and SV8300 solutions are engineered so that labor and peripheral products can be auto-configured and proposals auto-generated based on the NEC parts list for the particular solution. A user simply creates a configuration in NEC’s Master Quote tool, imports it into SalesDoc Architect, then adds any peripheral parts and/or services with a few mouse clicks. SalesDoc Architect automatically builds the proposal and other sales documents based on the specific NEC system configuration.
