Even though it’s a great honor, the satisfaction and success of our clients are much more important than any award, said TechXpress CEO and Founder, Bryan Sarlitt
San Luis Obispo, CA (PRWEB) November 10, 2011
The International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA) recently announced that TechXpress, a leading eCommerce solutions provider, has won two prestigious international awards for a website they designed for the world’s largest hemp foods manufacturer, Manitoba Harvest.
TechXpress’ entry won a Silver Davey Award in the Green/Eco-Friendly category, and a Silver W3 Award in the Food and Beverage category. The entry was selected from over 4,000 Davey Award entries and over 3,000 W3 Award entries from around the world. Entrants included both small firms as well as Fortune 500 Companies.
“We are honored by the recognition from such a prestigious body of judges,” said TechXpress CEO and Founder, Bryan Sarlitt. “Competing against some of the biggest agencies in the world makes it even more gratifying. Even though it’s a great honor, the satisfaction and success of our clients are much more important than any award. We’re just happy because it means one more client can truly say they have an award winning website.”
Manitoba Harvest, based in Canada, is the largest vertically integrated hemp food manufacturer in the world. Their updated website designed by TechXpress was unveiled in late 2010 with enhanced educational content, more intuitive navigation, and an interactive shopping experience. It also harnesses the power of social media, allowing customers to rate and provide commentary on products, watch videos, participate in contests, and share content with friends on integrated sites like Facebook.
“We truly appreciated the work TechXpress did on making manitobaharvest.com into such a user-friendly and valuable tool,” stated Mike Fata CEO & Co-Founder of Manitoba Harvest. “For the website to receive recognition from the judges at W3 and Davey Awards is a huge compliment to all involved.”
