GreenPoint Acquires GTL Ltd Expanding Transcription Service Offerings

GreenPoint Global announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Global ProServe’s transcription services division, an affiliate organization of GTL Ltd. The addition of GTL’s transcription services solidifies GreenPoint’s delivery platform in the rapidly expanding business process outsourcing market.

GreenPoint Global announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Global ProServe’s transcription services division, an affiliate organization of GTL Ltd. The addition of GTL’s transcription services solidifies GreenPoint’s delivery platform in the rapidly expanding business process outsourcing market. As part of the acquisition, GreenPoint acquired the entire Global ProServe transcription team, as well as all related software and infrastructure. Subsequently, the GTL team was seamlessly integrated into GreenPoint operations. The entire GTL team was relocated to GreenPoint’s facility located in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
