Frank The Astronaut POTTY MOUTH WIPES are a great product (and gift) for parents with verbally creative children, and a humorous item every home with kids will want to keep on hand and in the car.

FrankTheAstronaut.com was created, last month, by Lauren and Rick Altman, parents of an 11 year-old, as a way to teach their daughter not to swear (especially out loud).
At FrankTheAstronaut.com, kids and adults can click on a fun alternative word to replace the swear word sitting on the tip of their tongue. We all feel them coming on and we often regret blurting them out loud. So why risk getting punished or having your mouth washed out with soap for saying a bad word (soap gives you gas), when now you can quietly click on a word and move on.
The idea for the website came about when Rick Altman was outside playing basketball with his eleven year old daughter Hannah. Rick explains, "Hannah had missed a shot and in frustration she dropped the F-bomb and she immediately knew she should not have said it. I told her to never say that word and instead use the word Frank." Hannah found humor in this and quickly asked if there was a word to use for ass. "Hannah please don't use any bad words, use Astronaut to replace it", Rick told her. Again, Hannah found great humor in this. Rick was also quick to explain that Astronauts are amazing heroes, it was just a word he chose for the letter A.
It was that night when Rick shared with his wife what had happened that day with Hannah. They both realized it was a good idea to find replacement words, but it would be even better to create a solution to help eliminate the desire in kids to swear.
After launching FrankTheAstronaut.com, September of 2011, and seeing how quickly it is spreading on, the family created FRANK THE ASTRONAUT POTTY MOUTH WIPES. Lauren Altman says, " Frank The Astronaut Potty Mouth Wipes are a great product (and gift) for parents with verbally creative children, and a humorous item every home with kids will want to keep on hand and in the car, for those moments when a child forgets to quietly click". The wipes are safe for wiping a childs mouth, similar to those used at a restaurant and are availble for purchase at http://www.FrankTheAstronaut.com as well as other fun related products.
FrankTheAstronaut.com is not a website to promote kids to find joy in swearing, it is a way to help kids eliminate the desire or need to swear. In fact, Frank The Astronaut has strict rules for kids to live by to help clean up our world from bad language and the disrespect of others.
Frank The Astronaut's Rules To Live By:
1). Never Swear Out Loud - You might hurt another person's feelings and no one around you wants to hear it.
2). Do Not Hold In Your Feelings - Talk with someone to share how you feel, if you still feel frustrated enough to swear, quietly click it.
3). Move On From An Uncomfortable Situation - Find a positive solution, move forward, and have fun.
4). Soap Does Not Taste Good - Don't get your mouth washed out for swearing, soap gives you gas.
5). Make Your Parents Proud.
6). Astronauts Rock.
