The firm recently added two new executives to its senior team to meet the growing demand.
Steve Rovniak is Heller Search's new Executive Director, responsible for all marketing, client development and digital media operations, reporting directly to Martha Heller. An IT industry veteran, Steve was on the team with Martha that launched the CIO Executive Council, a division of CIO magazine, in 2004. Steve later led the globalization of the Council, which now provides organizational development services to IT leaders at more than 900 companies worldwide.
