Winshuttle™, the Usability Company for ERP Systems, today announced that Jeff Bergstrom has joined the management team as Winshuttle’s Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the CEO, Jeff will be responsible for Winshuttle’s global finance, accounting, human resources, facilities and IT teams, and infrastructure.

Jeff has held senior executive positions with emerging and high-growth companies, and has provided financial consulting services to technology companies in both the US and worldwide. Most recently, Jeff served as CFO for AdXpose, Inc., a Seattle-based leader in digital advertising analytics, playing a pivotal role in the acquisition of AdXpose by ComScore. Prior to that, he held senior roles at The PowerTech Group, Areva T&D, Go2Net and Arthur Andersen.

Jeff earned both a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Washington. Additionally, Jeff has a retired CPA license from the states of California and Washington.
