The upcoming winter of 2011/2012 offers a rare opportunity to be among the very first to enjoy the sumptuous surroundings of five recently delivered superyachts that will be undertaking their inaugural Caribbean season and available for charter through BURGESS. This spectacular debut line-up features some of the world’s most exceptional vessels built to date, including HEMISPHERE the world’s largest sailing catamaran, NUMPTIA, an exquisite Italian-designed masterpiece, in addition to YOGI, BATON ROUGE and ROXANNE, three luxurious floating homes that will top this season’s most talked-about charter list.
Here’s a closer look at this stunning collection:

WORLD'S LARGEST SAILING CATAMARAN - HEMISPHERE – Completed in July 2011, the brand new HEMISPHERE sets the record as the world's largest luxury sailing catamaran, with an overall length of 145ft (44.2m). Conceived for the international luxury charter market, HEMISPHERE is the epitome of contemporary chic and the yacht’s exceptional volume offers a high degree of luxury without a trace of glitz. Dark wood floors are offset by a soothing neutral color palette with innumerable customized touches, creating an ‘island living meets deluxe Pacific Rim ambience’. This one-of-a-kind yacht is certain to set a new benchmark for luxury sailing charters. Weekly charter rates for HEMISPHERE are USD 266,000 in high season and USD 245,000 in low season.

ITALIAN MASTERPIECE - NUMPTIA - Created by an impressive all-Italian team and completed in July 2011, NUMPTIA echoes timeless elegance from several eras with some deliciously eccentric twists and a unique take on deck spaces. This fully-custom 229.7ft (70m) motor yacht was built for an experienced owner who specified an exacting brief, and features an aptly named spa deck where guests can indulge in the sauna, steam room, massage room, beauty room and fully-equipped gym with doors leading out to five double-sized custom made sunbeds. Weekly charter rates for NUMPTIA are EUR 525,000 in high season and EUR 490,000 in low season.

FLOATING RESORT – YOGI - The inspiration for 197.5ft (60.2m) YOGI was to build a yacht that would offer all the amenities of a resort property, including a pool, beach club, panoramic al fresco dining room, media and play room, full array of leisure equipment, as well as a wellness center. All of this is in addition to the most luxurious accommodations for 12 guests in six extremely spacious cabins. Weekly charter rates for YOGI are USD 395,000 in high season and USD 357,000 in low season.

INNOVATION & ELEGANCE - BATON ROUGE - Pushing current superyacht boundaries with a radically different design, the 205ft (62.5m) BATON ROUGE offers unparalleled volume over her six decks and some impressively exclusive features. Extensive outdoor spaces abound with multiple areas for lounging and dining, a pool with jet stream, and a sundeck that converts to a party deck complete with disco. A terrific sea-level beach club lounge invites guests to relax, swim or enjoy the impressive inventory of water toys and tenders. Weekly charter rates for BATON ROUGE are EUR 455,000 in high season and EUR 420,000 in low season.

TRADITION MEETS MODERN LUXURY - ROXANE – Marrying time-honored wooden boat-building skills with 21st century technology, the sophisticated ROXANE turns heads with the contemporary take of her ketch-rigged traditional exterior. Interiors by famed designer Remi Tessier feature a beach-chic framework of bleached teak as a backdrop to stunningly understated furniture and a wealth of Zen-inspired details. At an overall length of 153.6ft (46.8m), ROXANE accommodates 8 guests in 4 plush cabins with special touches, such as bathroom basins and tubs carved from black marble.
