The sale, which is now called the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” offers deeply discounted, Vermont-made socks during two November weekends: 12 and 13, 19 and 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the mill in Northfield, Vermont.

The socks styles stretch far and wide, from men’s wool dress socks and cotton crew socks to wild novelty and holiday patterns. A large swath of military surplus socks lines one side of the room.
