We decided to publish the full range of surveys because we are a bit nuts about integrity.
Queenstown, New Zealand (PRWEB) November 08, 2011
Active New Zealand, having taken over 10,800 travelers on their New Zealand hiking tours since 1996, announced today that it has put the results of all post-trip surveys they have collected since 2004, including constructive criticism and those folks who were unhappy, on their website http://activenewzealand.com/reviews/reviews.php. Of the almost 6,000 surveys received so far, Active New Zealand is grateful there have only been 85 two-star “Disappointing” reviews and no one-star reviews – yet.
“We’ve always taken client feedback from our trips very seriously and one of our core values is to continually improve,” said Andrew Fairfax, Founder and CEO of Active New Zealand, who simply used to call clients after their trip in the early days to learn how their tours could be improved.
Today results update automatically as online surveys come in, be them good or bad. “We decided to publish the full range of surveys because we are a bit nuts about integrity,” says Fairfax. Potential clients can also find average ratings broken down by trip and also read reviews from the last 12 months.
A sample of a review where the client rated their trip “Awesome, Trip of a lifetime!” (5 stars):
“A to Z with Active New Zealand: An amazing break designed especially for gallivanting happily in jaunty kayaks, with loping mountains nestled over panoramic, quiet rustic scenery, trekking under viaducts with eXceptional, youthful, zestful GUIDES!” – Shelley Goldberg, Rimu 2011
A sample of a review where the client rated their trip “OK, a few improvements needed” (3 stars):
“The trip has a lot of good activities, but there are some activities that could be cut out so we could enjoy the good ones a little more and perhaps rest a little too.” – Gustavo Azevedo, Kauri 2011
With this bold new feature ready in time for the main hiking season, it won’t just be Active New Zealand staff who are watching how they do this summer.
For over 16 years, Active New Zealand has put dirt in over 10,000 pairs of boot treads on hundreds of hiking New Zealand and biking New Zealand adventure tours. Active New Zealand is lauded for their small group tours (up to 14 people) offering 5 to 14 day trips for those interested in hiking, biking and kayaking New Zealand with a Kiwi outfitter.
