The guidance and expertise we have encountered with the CareAnyware trainers supports us to be more efficient, while providing the highest level of care for our patients at their end of life.

CareAnyware, Inc., is pleased to welcome St Michael Hospice to their growing family. In a thorough review of systems, St Michael Hospice sought a cloud-based hospice software with that would empower them to meet two key objectives: streamline electronic billing and provide fully-mobile and compliant documentation tools for patient care charting in the home.

St Michael Hospice chose CareAnyware, in part, because of the software’s sophisticated cube reporting, which makes critical financial and patient data easily accessible. CareAnyware’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) reporting allows the leadership team to easily create and view benchmarks and ensure continuous quality improvement throughout their organization. Another important feature was CareTouch Logic ™, which ensures compliant and complete clinical documentation.

The team at St Michael began implementation in late summer. “The training provided by CareAnyware is the absolute best we have ever received in all of our software implementations,” said Director of Technology Services, Michael Heximer. “The guidance and expertise we have encountered with the CareAnyware trainers supports us to be more efficient, while providing the highest level of care for our patients at their end of life.”

“St Michael Hospice does wonderful work and serves many patients in the greater southern California area, providing comfort, dignity and peace of mind at the end of life,” said Joe Wurzer, California sales director at CareAnyware. “I look forward to assisting them fulfill their mission in the coming months and beyond.”
