How Retailers Engage Consumers with Social Media and Mobility, which now has worldwide distribution and has been translated into multiple languages. Schafer has and continues to serve on the board of directors of various public and private retailers and technology companies as well as the National Retail Federation, Retail Connections and as a faculty member of the International Institute of Analytics (IIA) Retail Analytics Research Council.
