DataBank IMX, LLC. announced today that it has acquired Information Access Systems, Inc. (IAS), headquartered in Orlando, Florida.

IAS is a leading Systems Integrator specializing in imaging, workflow, data capture and enterprise content management. Their experience spans a wide range of applications which include government, insurance, healthcare, and back office operations such as HR, AR and AP. IAS has distinguished themselves as a multi-year OnBase Platinum Reseller and a Hyland Software Diamond Support Partner.

The IAS team will go to market as DataBank and be headquartered in Orlando which will serve as the headquarters for a new Southeastern region for DataBank. The Kansas City office will continue to be managed by the IAS Florida team.
