TMone, a leading U.S. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) and customer service selling (CCS) including business to business (B2B) interactions has added additional strength and experience to the senior executive team through the promotion of BPO veteran Jonny Lympus, to Vice President of Contact Center Operations and the appointment of seasoned senior executive David Stearns, to Vice President of Business Development.
As the Vice President of Contact Center Operations, Lympus will assume responsibility for all day to day contact center operations and service delivery. Prior to his new role, Lympus served in a variety of BPO positions of increasing responsibility in client services and operations for companies such as Focus Services, Inc. and APAC Customer Services, Inc. including most recently serving as Director of Operations at TMone. Lympus holds a BA from the University of Northern Iowa and holds numerous certifications in the outsourcing industry.
As the Vice President of Business Development, Stearns will lead sales and marketing efforts for TMone’s new Spearfish, South Dakota contact center. Stearns holds a BS/BA from the University of North Dakota and a Public Accounting Certificate in the State of Minnesota. Prior to TMone, Stearns was the Chief Executive Officer for more than 10 years with a multi-state forestry company in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to entering the forestry industry, Stearns was involved with the agricultural sector; as the Chief Financial Officer for an international hybrid-seed agriculture company and as the Chief Executive Officer of a national potted-flower company.

The two new Vice President announcements come at a time of continued growth for TMone with the addition and promotion of multiple talented team members to key senior management positions throughout the organization. Notable promotions include, Mike Gray promoted to Associate Director of Reporting and Analysis, and Jared Bazzell promoted to Associate Director of Executive Sales and Marketing Support. Other recent additions to the TMone senior leadership team include new Spearfish, SD management joining the team in coordination with the launch of TMone’s new contact center in The Black Hills. New Spearfish leaders include John Deverman Center Director of TMone Spearfish, Catrina Rodgers Associate Director of Client Services, and Jerry Krambeck Associate Director of Facilities and Security.
In the past year, TMone has grown its infrastructure to more than 1,500 BPO call center seats throughout North America. In September 2011, TMone launched contact operations in Spearfish, South Dakota.
