Our fully funded trader training course has been running for over twelve years and, whilst we receive as many as 150 applications a week, we run the programme every two weeks and are always looking for the very best candidates.

Schneider Trading Associates (STA) yesterday launched its new website, http://www.schneidertrading.com, and to celebrate is giving away an iPad 2 to one lucky person who follows @schneidertrader on Twitter and retweets any competition post by 5pm on Wednesday 23rd November.
The site now includes new features such as a news section, an introduction to the City trading and broking house’s key personnel and more information about STA’s Professional Trader Programme (PTP), a graduate training scheme delivered free of charge to those who want to kick start their career in trading. The site will not only communicate Schneider’s corporate news, it will be a place for experienced traders to offer their points of view on a trading career, whilst PTP trainees will be able to give insight into the course.
Matt Silvester, head of training at STA, said: “The new site is much more representative of Schneider and contains further information about the business and its key players; to celebrate its launch we’ve decided to give away an iPad 2 through our @schneidertrader Twitter profile. Our aim for the website and social media profiles is to increase our online visibility so that experienced and budding traders the world over recognise the STA name. Hopefully we will also attract even more people to apply for broking and trading jobs here, even if they have no experience and are trying to begin their trading career through our training course.
“Our fully funded trader training course has been running for over twelve years and, whilst we receive as many as 150 applications a week, we run the programme every two weeks and are always looking for the very best candidates. We make no secret of the fact that some people choose to leave, or they don’t successfully complete the assessments before the end of the initial four-week course, because it’s a tough career to pursue. We only take the best. However, those who make it on to the three year training and mentorship scheme find it very rewarding and we’re proud that we give people of all ages and backgrounds an opportunity to get a foot in the door of what is a very sought after career.”
The winner of the iPad 2 will be chosen at random from those who have followed and retweeted @schneidertrader. They will be notified via Twitter on Monday, 28th November.
