Wright Technologies announces that the technology firm raised a little over $5,000.00 for Impact A Hero, a charity that provides assistance to wounded men and women returning home from the War on Terror.

Stephen Wright, founder and president of Wright Business Technologies, announced that the technology firm raised a little over $5,000.00 for “Impact A Hero,” a charity that provides assistance to our wounded men and women returning home from the War on Terror.

Wright Technologies hosted Pride of the USA, a sporting clay shoot, to express appreciation to our nation’s military men and women for their service and sacrifice, and provided complimentary tickets to clients who are members of their Total Care Service Plan. With the help of event sponsors such as Barracuda Networks, National Cardiovascular Partners, TW Telecom, Phillips & Reiter, and Watchguard Technologies, the net proceeds of the event were just over $5,000.00 and will be donated to “Impact a Hero.”

“Wright Technologies is incredibly blessed to have been in business for over 19 years now. Our success has come from always putting our clients and their needs first. When our clients are successful, Wright Technologies is successful,” noted Stephen Wright. “While this event serves as a great way for us to say thank you to our clients, it’s also a way to say thank you to the members of our U.S. Armed Forces. Every single day, they selflessly volunteer to put themselves in harm’s way to protect the American way of life. Finding a way to say thank you for that blanket of protection and freedom I enjoy is extremely important to me. Partnering with “Impact a Hero” gave me and everyone else that contributed to the event a meaningful way to say thank you to them for their courage and their sacrifice.”

Wright’s Pride of the USA Appreciation Event and Fundraiser was held at American Shooting Centers off Hwy 6. The day was filled with food, prizes and lots of fun. It was a terrific opportunity for other business owners to network in a relaxed environment. We were honored to have several wounded soldiers who have received support from “Impact a Hero” in attendance and shoot alongside us. The tournament was followed by a professional shooting exhibition performance by Tom Knapp, one of the world’s greatest exhibition shooters and a living legend.
“What’s amazing is when we told our clients and vendor partners that we were putting this event on for a second year in a row, many of our clients and vendors stepped up with generous donations and help of all kinds. We were amazed at the types of help that poured in to help us put on this high quality event, and it just goes to further prove the admiration and respect the citizens of this nation have for its armed forces. We are all united by our gratitude for their service,” said Stephen Wright.
