Once again, the 2011 BSC Excellence in Home Design program has honored Insulspan with two awards in the category of panelized home design. These recognitions were awarded by the Building Systems Council (BSC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)—a trade association that represents industries including the Panelized Homes Council. The awards are judged by an independent panel of industry experts each year.

The first of the awards given to Insulspan was a winning place for the stunning Lefebvre home in Canada in the category of Home Design for Panelized Home Green Building. The second award was an Honorable Mention to a Delaware home for excellence in home design in a panelized home over 4,001 sq. ft.

“It is wonderful to see how our SIPs can be used to create some of the world’s most energy efficient homes,” said Insulspan COO, Jim B. Young, “we draw and manufacture the SIPs knowing that they will become more than the walls of a house; that they will provide the energy envelope of a family’s cherished home.”

As a leader in the structural insulated panels industry for more than 28 years, Insulspan provides clients with high insulation values, superior energy envelopes, and allows faster installation with ready to assemble panels that are pre cut for precision fitting.
