At just over six-months old Streamline Air has much to celebrate. Since its inaugural flight in April 2011 the air service has experienced consistent monthly growth. The number of passengers on Streamline’s Boston/Hanscom to Philadelphia/Mercer (via Trenton) route grew by 23% from September to October. “Each month more business and leisure travelers are discovering the benefits of Streamline,” says Streamline Managing Director, Mark Cestari. “We’re now selling out flights on peak days as we continue to build our brand and a loyal customer base.”
Streamline boasts a 96% on-time arrival rate (airlines at major airports have a 76% to 86% on time arrival rate) and an 86% customer approval rating.
Streamline’s success can be attributed to providing passengers with a stress-free travel experience at every touch point. Passengers enjoy such forgotten amenities as free parking, no lines, no baggage fees, no flight change fees, hassle-free boarding and exiting, concierge level customer service, and a complimentary in-flight cocktail and snack.
Streamline plans to expand operations to 6 to 8 additional destinations within the next 24 to 36 months.
