Retail Radio’s GRRID® will allow users to cycle through messages produced for their exclusive brand and industry. Individual store owners or franchise operators now have direct control over their in-store and on-hold messaging. If the exact message the user is looking for is not available, GRRID’s easy-to-use interface allows them to begin production of new content while tracking and approving content throughout the process.

“We realize most people don’t want to be this ‘hands on’, but our system allows our customers control that other providers just can’t,” stated Director of Programming Shawn Cash. However, Retail Radio also offers complete program management for clients.

Retail Radio’s GRRID® will let each store focus on the music and message details that will allow them to be more satisfied than they have ever been with a background music provider.
