Animated books by XIMAD provide a great opportunity for parents and teachers to educate and entertain kids. Reading is fun when it goes interactive. Children really love it when a book turns out to be a toy. Objects move and get animated when you tilt the device and tap on its screen that’s what makes it fun and attract kids’ attention. Characters that practically jump out of a device to tell their stories as a children flip pages. That makes it easy for teachers and parents to teach kids reading. That’s one of the reasons why XIMAD’s animated books are loved and appreciated both by children and parents. But what makes them so special? What’s the reason for such popularity?
The answer may shock with its simplicity - diligence and experience XIMAD guys say “We care” and it seems to be the truth. Everything started with an attempt to create vivid children’s books. XIMAD illustrators did their best to implement that warm atmosphere of childhood in new products. The atmosphere of those happy moments when parents read illustrated books at bedtime. It means that the primary aim was to erase the borders between a real book and a digital one. But that was just a beginning.
It all started with Hansel and Gretel a book designed specially for iPad users, and surely, the designers and developers were curious about the results. Fortunately, users liked the product, and it received various positive comments most written by young moms. Maybe, that was the best praise. No wonder, XIMAD continued working in this field and soon ‘BooksAlive’ project got started. Fully animated interactive books for kids – this opened the new age of digital books for XIMAD. The Three Little Pigs was their first interactive book and it became beloved product from scratch. Then XIMAD broadened its cooperation frontiers – WP7, Blackberry, B&N and more. This summer the company has developed the idea of an interactive book into a GameBook, taking it to the next level.
More and more releases appear this month. For instance Frog Prince will appear in B&N Nook Store on November 24th and Christmas Legends 30th.
Those guys say “We Care” and it looks like they really do. Producing beautiful apps and books, the company is winning the reputation of smart professionals. XIMAD knows the needs of the customers and surely developers, designers, PMs – all the staff put their heart and soul into the products. Nice job, and yet, there is a feeling that XIMAD will surprise everyone.
