Are you seeking to demonstrate the value of a virtual or hybrid event to your executive suite but couldn’t find the right stat to illustrate your point? Look no further. The Virtual Edge Institute(VEI) today published a new information graphic or infographic designed to help those making a business case for or demonstrating the value of digital solutions for meetings, events, learning and community.

Summarizing key stats from ten surveys and research reports issued in 2011, the “Face-to-Face and Virtual Events: The Essentials Stats You Need to Know” provides a one-glance overview into the importance of face-to-face events to the economy, the growth of virtual and hybrid events into new industries, and the actions that online attendees take.

According to Michael Doyle, Executive Director of VEI, “Our mission to provide our members with the information, education and tools they need to implement digital event programs within their organizations. And we do this in part by keeping a thumb on the pulse of the industry through our annual Virtual Edge Summit, keen analysis of the industry, and annual infographic summarizing key industry stats.”
