Xlibris, the self-publishing services provider, announced today the release of Trisha Allan’s The Ultimate Betrayal, a story of a woman who has been through the worst kind of emotional pain and bitter relationships. Whether she finds true happiness or lingers in the pain of betrayal awaits readers in this book.
In this book, readers will witness this woman’s marriage to a man who abused her both emotionally and physically. Her struggle to escape him, however, was only one among several trials that came her way.
She was introduced to the harsher side of life early on in her life when her father died when she was still a small child. As if the world was conspiring against her, she soon after became an orphaned young woman that had to face life alone.
After struggling for several years, she met a man whom she learned to love. However, she did not want to marry him. He walked out on her, reinforcing her opinion that men are not to be trusted. Finally, she befriended a young woman, but alas, the woman also betrayed their friendship. At her wits end after the betrayal, she tried to end her life.
Will she be able to escape her suffering through death, or will she survive to start anew? The Ultimate Betrayal tells all.
This book will be featured at the 2011 Frankfurt Book Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, on October 12-16, 2011. For more information on this book, interested parties may log on to http://www.XlibrisPublishing.co.uk.
About the Author
Trisha Allan’s journey of life has taken her along different paths and she has achieved a lot. However, a few years ago, after the end of her relationship and work load, she suffered a breakdown. While recovering, she met some spiritual people who helped her to find her way back. It was at this time something special happened. The breakdown had somehow triggered the creative side of her brain and as a result she was able to write poetry and stories. This is her second book; her first book titled Poems and Short Stories of Life is now published.
One of her spiritual friends has her thoughts on why this has happened, but Allan herself does not know the answer. She still at times does not believe that she wrote them as most of the inspiration for her poems and stories come while she is sleeping.
