JOC is a construction project delivery method that provides an avenue for facility managers to receive numerous, commonly encountered construction projects quickly and easily through multi-year contracts. JOC reduces unnecessary levels of engineering, design, and contract procurement time along with construction project procurement costs by awarding long-term contracts for a wide variety of renovation, repair and construction projects.
Users of Job Order Contracting include:
- The Military
- The Federal Government
- The State and County Governments
- Higher Education
- K-12 Education
The webcast will be broadcast live starting at 2 p.m. (EST) and will be archived for later viewing. Registration is complimentary for all participants; pre-registration is required. The moderator will accept questions during the presentation from the internet audience.
