Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) November 09, 2011
SentriLock’s annual Customer Focus Group meeting was recently held in West Chester, Ohio this year, a beautiful city just north of Cincinnati. This year’s attendees visited us from 13 different states across the country, including British Columbia, Canada and California.
The primary goal of the annual meeting is to gather feedback from our partners around the SentriLock system and how we can improve the members’ experience. SentriLock believes that in order for our company to provide the best service experience, we have to listen and react to our partners’ requests. Our partners represent thousands of REALTOR® members who are in the field using our product and navigating through the SentriLock website; these members can teach us which features truly help administer the SentriLock system, help them sell property and those that don’t.
This year’s attendees got a chance to tour the SentriLock headquarters in Cincinnati, where they mingled with many of the SentriLock support techs, toured the card creation and repair areas, and met those in our Financial and Information Systems Departments. The group also made the trek with us to Creation Technologies in Lexington, Kentucky, to witness firsthand the manufacturing of the wireless NXT lockboxes.
The Customer Focus Group covered a number of different topics throughout the two days and was able to come up with over 100 new ideas for the future. Also announced during the focus group was SentriLock’s new Remote Access Device. Scott Fisher, CEO, and Co-Founder of SentriLock, truly wooed the crowd with the new Remote Access Device (RAD) and its ability to communicate with the wireless NXT lockbox and demonstrate the “PIN and You’re In” feature.
“The information and ideas shared by our partners in this meeting will be key drivers in our effort for continual improvement. There is nothing more valuable than hearing from those using our system every day. We are extremely thankful to all that took the time to participate and look forward to implementing many of their great suggestions,” Commented Rob Faulconer, Manager of Customer Relations.
Christy Pierangeli, Director of Information Systems for Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS®, stated, “It’s unique and refreshing to work with a vendor that consistently demonstrates their willingness to work as partners with their customers. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to learn what’s new with SentriLock, as well as allowing the opportunity to voice what’s working well and what else we need to increase the value of the SentriLock lockbox system to our members. We appreciate all the time and energy SentriLock staff dedicate to taking care of us and our members every day, especially the extra time taken to put together this event every year. Thank your families for us too, because I know everyone saw very little of their families the last few days.”
