Air Classic, a Los Angeles air conditioning and heating service contractor has launched a new blog http://heatingairconditionrepair.com/ which invites consumers to share their experiences, both good and bad, on the site. It is meant to be a clearinghouse of information about heating and air conditioning repair, service and new install experiences.
Air Classic will market itself on the site, but its primary purpose is for use as a consumer forum on heating and air conditioning service in Los Angeles. Owner, Stas Zemskov believes that by providing people the venue to share their experiences, he will provide a public service. Bad contractors may be exposed, good ones rewarded and he has the chance to learn exactly how consumers become disappointed in their heating and air conditioning contractor.
Zemskov’s favorite part of the new site is the “Ask Stas Page,” where consumers can ask Stas anything about heating and air conditioning service in Los Angeles. “This is complicated stuff, if you’re not a contractor. Consumers need help from someone they can trust. I aim to be that person.”
Zemskov admitted the idea came to him while eating a bagel in his kitchen. “I wondered what would happen if a contractor actively asked consumers to reveal their experiences with air conditioning and heating contractors. What would the reaction be? “He added that he is slightly apprehensive about the venture, but “very much looks forward to the input.”
Air Classic was formed in 1999 and offers the full range of heating and air conditioning repair and installation service in Los Angeles, including residential and commercial, as well as commercial building maintenance.
