“This year’s NAR conference is very special to me because I get to share a new way of doing business for real estate brokers and agents that increases their profitability, viability and sense of camaraderie and belonging,” CEO Melton states.

Today marks Professionals Realty Group USA’s inaugural booth (#1753) at the 2011 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Conference & Expo in Anaheim, CA from Nov. 11-14. ProsUSA formally launched in June 2011 with much fanfare for bringing the first fixed-cost model to real estate brokers nationally, and is participating as the newest national real estate franchisor at the NAR Expo.

ProsUSA President Glenn Melton is a veteran NAR conference and expo participant having represented another prominent national real estate brand as chief executive officer in past years. “This year’s NAR conference is very special to me because I get to share a new way of doing business for real estate brokers and agents that increases their profitability, viability and sense of camaraderie and belonging,” he states.

Notably, ProsUSA will donate $1 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) for each person that visits and scans their expo badge at the ProsUSA booth (#1753). This will add to the over $1.7 million that the Professionals global brand has donated to this cause worldwide.

Also at the booth (#1753), information about ProsUSA’s unique fixed-cost membership model, boutique franchise offering and property management portfolio service created to build equity in real estate broker’s and agent’s practices will be available. “In Australia, we deeply understand investment opportunities for clients and integrate real estate sales and service under one roof, which is what we are sharing with our American counterparts,” says Glyn Morgan, CEO of ProsUSA and its sister company, Australian-based Professionals Real Estate Group.

In addition to Morgan, visiting the NAR Conference & Expo from Australia and New Zealand are Australian-based Professionals Real Estate Group Board of Directors Brian Brady (International Chairman), Ian McDonald (also on the ProsUSA Board) and Colin McGill. In addition, three “members” (i.e. real estate brokers) from the Australian-based company will be in attendance – James Thompson, Adam Woods and Terry Hansen. The Australian company was founded in 1976 and has a global network of more than 350 offices throughout Australasia.

“I have been fortunate to have been to four previous NAR conferences and am very excited about going again to both renew friendships and learn from people in our field,” comments Morgan. “In particular, I am excited to be attending this year as a conference expo participant.”
