The Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying has selected Telax Hosted Call Center, a leader in contact center technology, as their provider to deliver an integrated and intelligent infrastructure. One of the major requirements outlined by the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying was that any new technology had to be flexible enough to align with its existing infrastructure.

The Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying, an independent Officer of Parliament that ensures the lobbying of public office holders is done according to the Lobbying Act, is an excellent example of the drive of federal organizations to provide the best service possible to their clients and stakeholders.

As part of the stipulations presented, Telax will provide a customizable and easily upgradeable IVR capable of providing skills-based routing, call recordings stored in a secure and accessible data center, and extensive call reporting, features which Telax makes available for all of its customers, regardless of size.

Because of Telax’s technology and extensive experience providing similar services to other organizations, in particular the U.S. government which awarded Telax the only GSA Schedule 70 contract to date, it was chosen to be the service provider most capable of meeting the needs of the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying.
