Imaging 411 Launches New Service Program for Kodak Micrographics Resellers

Imaging 411, a national maintenance service provider, has announced a new maintenance program for resellers of Kodak micrographics equipment and services.

Imaging 411 has created this new program specifically in response to resellers who have requested the ability to offer alternate maintenance services for Kodak micrographics equipment to their customers given the pricing and availability uncertainty that still lingers after Eastman Park Micrographics acquisition of Kodak’s Micrographics division earlier this year.

The Kodak Micrographics VAR Program (KMVP) will offer significant discounts on service pricing for the entire line of Kodak hybrid products including the Digital Archive Writer (48xx & 96xx), Intelligent Microfilm scanners (IMS/i7300), DSV Reader Printers, and ProStar processors, as well as cover older units like IRW 1000 and ImageLink 70/30 cameras.

According to the President of Imaging 411, Gary Armstrong, “We created this reseller program to engage resellers who are open to lower cost alternative service options without risking their long standing relationship with Kodak scanner services. We find our message of holding down costs to be extremely popular in the current economic environment and have made the decision to extend our discounts which are well below Kodak list price to the resellers in this highly focused market segment.”
