Airborne Media Group, E7 Systems Forge Strategic Alliance - Alliance to Expand New Audioair Entertainment Experience

Airborne Media Group, Inc. announced the formation of a strategic technical alliance with E7 Systems to drive further software, interactive application development and commercialization of its new audioair™ “listening experience” systems. Audioair allows Smartphone users to listen to muted televisions in sports bars, restaurants, as well as public and private venues.

E7 was instrumental in turning the idea that the millions of televisions around the world that must be muted because of noise issues could be selectively heard by an individual using a Smartphone into reality.

Durango, Colorado based Airborne Media Group, Inc. announced the formation of a strategic technical alliance with Durango, Colorado based E7 Systems to drive further software, interactive application development and commercialization of its new audioair™ “listening experience” systems. Audioair permits Smartphones users to privately listen to televisions in public venues such as airports, private businesses, sports bars, restaurants, and casinos, which have their audio muted because of noise considerations. The Company introduced its product line to Albuquerque, New Mexico sports bars on September 17, 2011 and is now moving into multiple markets the last quarter of 2012.

E7 Systems is a venture technology firm which provides software development and new business solutions to start-up companies. E7 was influential in the 2010 launch of Airborne Media Group. E7 provided new product concept development, software, and systems configuration and design for Audioair as well as initial business development consulting.

Chip Lile, AMG’s Executive Vice-President commented on the formation of the alliance. “E7 was instrumental in turning the idea that the millions of televisions around the world that must be muted because of noise issues could be selectively heard by an individual using a Smartphone into reality.” Mr. Lile added that “we look forward to E7 helping us create added value for Audioair in such areas as interactive gaming, the development of a unique new advertising platform and the creation of powerful social networking applications.”

Bill Smith, Managing Director of E7 Systems led the effort on the initial development of Audioair and continues to help drive product enhancements. Mr. Smith said “Airborne Media Group, Inc. represents one of our best efforts to date in the area of new venture technology development.” He added “the newly formed alliance with AMG will permit our company to maximize our creative input for this fantastic product line. Because Audioair is so very new and innovative, it requires a closer relationship between AMG and its technology contractors to more rapidly realize its commercial potential.”

Earlier this month, Airborne Media Group, Inc. announces the formation of strategic alliances with Durango based Rock Systems LLC, a high technology electrical mechanical firm and San Diego based Accel-RF which is manufacturing the new product. Audioair system installations are underway in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe, New Mexico market and in Southwest Colorado and AMG has also launched sales efforts in other states. AMG is experiencing rapid growth and has opened new offices in Durango, Colorado, Albuquerque, New Mexico. It also plans to open offices in Las Vegas, Nevada where its systems are anticipated to provide new value to the thousands of muted televisions in casino sports betting pools and wireless interactive gaming, and in Austin, Texas where the company will participate in March 2012 in the South by Southwest annual mega festival featuring music, film and high technology.
