25 year Westside of Los Angeles real estate expert, Gary Limjap, felt that it was important to have a functionally-enhanced website at, along with social media outlets to help reassert his commitment to providing the best possible real estate marketing services and programs to his clients. As a better way to demonstrate his commitment to customer service and satisfaction, Gary Limjap selected a new website design that is sleek, sophisticated and functional; and most importantly reflects Gary's leading position in the local real estate market.

“I wanted a more robust website for that takes advantage of all that Web 2.0 technology has to offer,” says Gary Limjap. “So many real estate agents have nothing more than online brochures as websites. I wanted to go beyond that and integrate social networks such as Facebook & LinkedIn, post videos on YouTube, and utilize blogs, Google Maps, Walkscore and Trulia statistics to assist in selling properties. These capabilities allow me to have a two-way communication with my clients and potential clients, all within one site.”

The new site showcases a proficiency in Web 2.0 technology by using Java, JavaScript, Web Services, CSS and open source Content Management System (CMS) platforms, such as Wordpress to create a modernized website with user-friendly navigation. Gary is always looking to use new technologies to help increase exposure to his clients’ properties. He hired local, search engine optimization (SEO) experts to help boost his rankings; while on the print side, Gary utilizes Quick Response (QR) codes on all marketing collateral, for an easy way to get people to the right source of information. With these advanced platforms, Gary is able to answer inquiries and schedule appointments through a variety of networks and actively blog to help keep his clients up to date on local real estate matters.

The new website, launched on October 31st, 2011, presents Gary Limjap’s vision through a synthesis of images and content which is completed with a series of sub-navigation pages.
