Xtranormal™, the revolutionary online approach to movie making, has announced the elimination of movie publishing fees starting November 9, 2011. The move provides fans with the ability to publish and share their animated Xtranormal videos free of charge. Users will only be required to pay a fee to use premium characters and sets.
