About Shahir Kassam-Addams
Shahir Kassam-Adams is Chief Strategy Officer for Decision Resources Group. Mr. Kassam-Adams joined the company in 2007 to lead strategy development and merger & acquisition activities across Decision Resources Group. Prior to joining Decision Resources Group, Mr. Kassam-Adams was the executive vice president for Thomson Reuters where his tenure included managing Thomson Reuters’ healthcare clinical decision support businesses and interim CEO for the scientific businesses with its Thomson Pharma offering. Mr. Kassam-Adams was also the Chief Strategy Officer for the Thomson Reuters’ $1.5B Scientific & Healthcare division and has prior general management experience in the information and publishing industry and significant executive management experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Kassam-Adams received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s Degree in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University.
